Xiomaro’s photography workshops have been presented at National Park sites, libraries, civic organizations, and schools. Photographers ranging from beginners to experienced have learned about his artistic principles drawn from the masters of painting, illustration, and photography. Bringing smartphones, point-and-shoots, and professional DSLRs, participants have benefited from in-class presentations followed by hands-on instruction in iconic historical buildings, landscapes, and trails.
These programs have been graciously supported by Xenvo Pro, Lenspen, and Red River Paper with products and samples. Workshop attendees have had the opportunity to try out these products and to keep them so that they can continue to express the art of photography.
“I have used all these products for many years,” explains Xiomaro. “When I don’t have the opportunity to bring my bulky DSLR gear, Xenvo‘s lenses, remote shutters, and tripods have enabled me to create stunning photographs with my smartphone. Keeping my lenses, rear LCD, and viewfinder clean is a cinch with the variety of products offered by Lenspen. And when I’m ready to print my photographs for a museum or gallery exhibition, Red River Paper is my exclusive choice.” Educational books and tote bags have also been furnished by Arcadia Publishing and The History Press.
